It all began with the production of Fiordilatte, a typical Molise pasta filata cheese, offered in two formats packaged by hand in parchment paper. The range was then expanded to meet customer demand and today the company has a large production facility in Mirabello Sannitico and has automated the packaging of its products, which are still largely handmade, in keeping with the traditions and ancient recipes of the Molise region.
