Why we chose them
Craftsmanship and healthy products, ethical relations with employees: these are the distinctive features of the Latteria del Molise dairy, a company
founded in 1955 that has inherited all the experience and tradition of the dairy companies that preceded it in the province of Campobasso. It all
began with the production of Fiordilatte, a typical Molise pasta filata cheese, offered in two formats packaged by hand in parchment paper. The
range was then expanded to meet customer demand and today the company has a large production facility in Mirabello Sannitico and has
automated the packaging of its products, which are still largely handmade, in keeping with the traditions and ancient recipes of the Molise region.
The company's daily work is based on values of quality and carefully selected raw materials, which is why the milk comes mainly from Molise,
maintaining a direct relationship with suppliers and guaranteeing the naturalness and authenticity of its products.
