Why we chose them
For three generations, the Follador family has been anticipating dawn every morning to transform quality raw materials into excellent bakery
products.
Simple and genuine ingredients, worked with patience and passion, experimenting until they reach the perfect result.
This is how Antonio Follador's food service line was born: the aim is to meet the needs of chefs, bartenders and artisans in the food sector who
wish to offer state-of-the-art stuffed breads and focaccia. The bread is not conceived as a simple container, but contributes with its quality to raise
the experience of taste. In years of research and experimentation, different varieties of grains have been selected, coming from different regions,
with a direct relationship with the producer. Furthermore, for the certified organic products, the flours used originate from 100% Italian organic
wheat,
coming from a certified and guaranteed supply chain.
