Selected because

BG stands for the initials of the two family names: Bisini and Gambetti. A passion for balsamic vinegar and running the vinegar cellar has been passed down from generation to generation. Nazzarena, the company's founder, spent her childhood in the province of Modena in a country villa with her paternal grandparents: she spent many hours with her grandfather Guido in the vinegar cellar, breathing in the heady aromas of the fermenting grape must; her grandmother Italia, on the other hand, passed on to her a passion for cooking. Today, the baton is passed to the Vecchi family, through a bond that has its roots in a long-standing friendship. Paolo Vecchi and Stefano Bisini, Nazzarena's son, have been friends since childhood and, after many years, that bond has evolved into a new story to be shared. A handover between families, marked by trust and a shared bond with Modena and its surrounding area. For Paolo, a native of Modena, it is also an opportunity to carry on a story that is deeply rooted in this land.
