KORBAN - GORRINO (CN) - PIEDMONT
Why we chose them
Korban is an artisan dairy established in 2014 and situated in the heart of the Langhe, a hilly area in Piedmont. Through its own brand, Via Lattea, it
has earned a reputation for producing yoghurt, kefir and other dairy products. The dairy operates in a still authentic setting, where livestock farming
and production follow natural rhythms and a genuinely short production chain: the cow's milk comes from local farms, is collected daily and
processed just a few kilometres away. This proximity allows the quality of the raw material to be preserved and ensures direct control over every
stage of production. Via Lattea yoghurt is born from this philosophy: it is a creamy yoghurt, thanks to the use of cultures rather than whole curd. A
natural yoghurt, crafted by hand and respecting fermentation times. A range that also includes many flavours, from classic to innovative, such as
yoghurt with citrus blossom, as well as a creamy kefir.
