The history of Meggiolaro company began in 1978 when Nello opened his first laboratory and started cooking and experimented on new ideas. An adventure that began with his wife Marina, with a small handcrafted production of high-quality products, which immediately became a benchmark in the industry. During the years they created and improved their first recipes, characterized by a slow natural cooking at low temperature without using any additives and preservatives.
