Why we chose them
A historic producer founded in 1890 in Montagnana, in the Padua area, which underwent a rebirth and corporate resurrection in 2024. The
production process has been traditional for over four generations: our first product is the Prosciutto Crudo Gran Riserva Marca Maria, the result of
careful research into the best Italian pork legs, which yields a balanced product that perfectly reflects its territory of origin.
