Suggestions Great as an appetizer or cold dish, served as a bresaola with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground black pepper and parmesan, or in a more refined variant with shaved Castelmagno. Also delicious served with black pepper, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and nuts or chopped almonds
