Our selection We chose this roast beef because it is prepared as if it were homemade
Suggestions Cut into thin slices, maybe served on a hot plate. To be offered with the most classic combination with rocket and grain or with a green sauce or with horseradish or with a good balsamic vinegar. To store for up to a week after opening, cover the slice with cling film during service, and in the evening vacuum pack, then refrigerate at a temperature below +4 °C. If stored otherwise than as indicated, the product must be consumed within 3 days
