Why we chose them
Prosciuttificio Coradazzi is an artisan activity that is part of the Consortium Prosciutto di San Daniele. A small ham factory for a choice, in order to
maintain the perfect balance that allows to obtain hight quality raw hams. It all starts with the meat: only the best Italian legs are used and they are
selected from specific farms of San Daniele circuit where the animals are raised with particular attention to their well-being. The hams are then
processed by Coradazzi: each ham factory has its own secrets and they have revealed to us that theirs are the passion, the knowledge developed
over the generations and manual work. As they told us, 'the hand and the wisdom of man are still today able to make the difference'. Obviously,
combined with the magical air of San Daniele, which caresses the hams in the quantity and timing measured by experience.
