|---|---|
| Appearance | Pleasantly viscous and golden in colour, with greenish highlights |
| Taste | It has a lovely aroma of nuts, apples and sweet bananas, which then gives way to hints of bitter herbs and caramelised nuts. On the palate, it surprises with spicy, peppery notes and a pleasant aftertaste of fresh hazelnuts |
| Curiosity | A true flagship product for the company, it has received numerous awards, including four stars in the 'Best Olive Oil around the World' guide |
| Suggestions | Sweet and delicate, it is particularly well suited to fish and, more generally, to more refined dishes. It pairs perfectly with Sicilian pecorino cheeses with pronounced notes of Mediterranean scrub |

Why we chose them
An ancient oil mill in one of the many small Ligurian villages exposed to the sun, dominating the sea, where the inhabitants cultivated the olive
tree, working in a difficult soil where the earth mixes with the stone and the olive harvest is done exclusively by hand, bent under the branches
of trees. This is how Frantoio Bianco is born, an artisan company from which has been producing oil and preserves for five generations, using
exclusively the Taggiasche olives coming from owned olive groves, in the Impero river valley, where the Bruna family has over 12.000 trees, of
which about half organic certificates and the other ones in conversion
