Why we chose them
The fragrance of bread, croissants, creams accompanied the childhood of Fabio and Manuele Gardini. After the studies, the family passion took over and in 1987, in a small laboratory in Forlì, they started a new adventure in the fascinating world of chocolate. The name chosen, "L'Artigiano - The Artisan", is already an explanation of their approach: craftsmanship is in fact, for Fabio and Manuele, an absolute value pursued in over twenty years of activity. There is no automatic production line in the company and nothing is left to chance: from the selection of the finest cocoa beans to the processing of pure chocolate with spices and local products up to the full manual packaging. A rigorous choice that has rewarded the company and has led it to become one of the best-known and appreciated artisan chocolates in Italy and beyond
