Why we chose them
The fragrance of bread, croissants, creams accompanied the childhood of Fabio and Manuele Gardini. After the studies, the family passion took over and in 1987, in a small laboratory in Forlì, they started a new adventure in the fascinating world of chocolate. The name chosen, "L'Artigiano - The Artisan", is already an explanation of their approach: craftsmanship is in fact, for Fabio and Manuele, an absolute value pursued in over twenty years of activity.
