The service size of a product is becoming increasingly important, especially for products that are more delicate in terms of preservation. The market is favouring small sizes, which speed up consumption times and allow the product to always be used fresh. Not to mention, of course, Christmas gifts, where the concept of “small and beautiful” prevails!

With this in mind, we are adding three Moro blue cheeses to our Christmas range in 180 g skin packs with a shelf life of 90 days from production. This type of packaging protects the product well and highlights its texture more than- traditional vacuum packaging.
