Description | Tolosa geese fed only on grass and corn, no animal flour, bred estensivly without chemicals except for the regular vaccinations a few days after birth. In the 3 weeks prior to slaughtering the geese are force fed 3 times a day with a mixture of water and corn to help their liver swell until it reaches the weight of 1kg. |

Suggestions | To be served cold, cut into thin slices of 2-3 mm, with a knife, remembering to wet the blade in hot water, so that the liver doesn't stick to it. |
