Curiosity The trevisan Porchetta as a speciality was born in 1919, first used by Ermete Beltrame in his beer house under the noble Palazzo dei Trecento in Treviso. It isn't a fatty product because during cooking all the fat drips off and is collected in special basins.
Our selection Produced and slightly spiced by artisans, without preservatives or antioxidants.
Suggestions Has to be cut by hand, as it is or sprinkled with salt, as a cold cut or slightly warm this Porchetta can be served as an aperitiv with peppers or eaten with roast potatoes, but it is just as tasty in a bread roll with vegetables and some type of sauce. To be tried cut thinly on mozzarella or with dried tomatoes
