Pomup's adventure began about twenty years ago with a bet: being able to create from the tomato, one of the best-known fruits of the Sicilian
land,
a completely different product from the existing ones. The tomato is very delicate, being able to preserve it is not easy: it took years
attempts to Lucia's father to be able to develop the method, with custom-made ovens, to obtain semi-dehydrated Sicilian tomatoes with a
