Description Padano pork's leg
Appearance The colour is wine dark red near the top and pale red next to the fat. The color of the fat is white.
Taste The taste is full to the palate, round, dolce and long. The aftertaste is long with strong hints of wood and forest and notes from the natural aromas of meat
Our selection We chose this Culatello with pork rind, product in Langhirano (Parma) because during the tasting in comparison with those of other producers, we liked the sweetness and softness of the flesh
